Quality Policy & Objectives

ALBA TRANS Ltd. management is committed to provide the direction and means to implement the Quality Policy through the following objectives:

•    Increase sales turnover by 10% by December 2009.
•    To increase customers’ expectations in regard to on-time delivery up to 10 % by December 2009.
•    Bring down accident rate to zero by December 2009.
•    Reduce the customer complaints from 10% to 5% by December 2009, and zero customers’ complains by December 2009.
•    To conduct 2 training sessions for the employees by December 2009.
